Visiting Trinity Winchester!

Today, I visited Trinity Winchester alongside The Homeless Period volunteers and University of Southampton PhD students, Stephanie and Polly, to meet with Events & Community Fundraiser, Lucy Tennant.

Trinity Winchester will hopefully become one of our regular beneficiaries of The Homeless Period Southampton project, with donated sanitary items going to help them in supporting vulnerable women both through their homeless day shelter, and their women's refuge project. Lucy told us some shocking statistics in that most women they support have become homeless because they have fled from domestic violence, and so it is in Trinity's best interest to ensure the basics needs of these women are addressed.
